Suresh Chandra Pande, born in Nainital (U.K.) on 2^nd October 1955, gained an M.A. in English Literature in 1976 and a Ph.D in Indo-Anglian Literature in 1983 from Kumaun University, Nainital. Pande’s first Biography appeared in International Who’s Who of Intellectuals, 13^th Edition from I.B.C. Cambridge, England in 1998-99.
